Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Mahj Call. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
The service
Mahj Call provides American Mahjong learning, Daily Mahj Puzzles, solo practice, progress, collection, private online tables, Quick Match, and referral-code features. Online play uses a server-authoritative game service and may pause, reconnect, end, or substitute automated play when a participant is unavailable. Referral charm payouts are currently disabled until play can be verified by the server. Screens still labeled preview, sample, or coming soon describe only the specific unavailable feature shown on that screen.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Do not share access credentials, impersonate another person, automate account creation, manipulate referral rewards, or interfere with the service.
Acceptable use
You may use Mahj Call for personal, non-commercial learning and play. You may not harass or impersonate another person; use an abusive, hateful, deceptive, or infringing profile or table name; evade another player's block; reverse engineer the hosted service; probe or bypass security controls; scrape other users' data; exploit reward systems; upload malicious material; or use the service in violation of applicable law. We may remove content, restrict matching, suspend online play, or suspend an account to protect players or the service.
Charms and tile sets
Charms are earned in the app by playing, learning, and finishing the Daily Mahj Puzzles, and can be used to unlock tile sets. Charms and tile sets have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money.
Mahjong content
Mahj Call is an independent product. It is not sponsored by or affiliated with the National Mah Jongg League. Educational material and gameplay may contain errors and do not replace an official rules source or card. Annual card images and official card layouts are not provided by this service.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may suspend access needed to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, or maintain the service. Where practical, we will avoid changes that unnecessarily erase earned local progress.
Account deletion
You may initiate deletion from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent, safely ends any open online table, and removes associated server-side profile, progress, and table-membership records, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. Reset Local Profile only clears this device. Deleting your Mahj Call account does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage or cancel it in App Store settings.
Subscriptions
Mahj Call Membership is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. The app displays the subscription duration, localized price, and any introductory offer for which the App Store reports you eligible before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled. You can restore purchases in Mahj Call and manage, change, or cancel a subscription in App Store settings. The features included with a membership may evolve, but an active subscription will continue to provide ongoing access to the membership service described at purchase.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Mahj Call is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that practice outcomes will match every table's house rules. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
